Right now I am focused on:
- Experimenting with local and applied AI systems (LLMs, agents, automation) to understand real-world limits and incentives.
- Running and refining personal infrastructure (self-hosted services, secure automation).
- Documenting insights when they are mature enough to be useful, rather than on a fixed schedule.
- Developing independent tools and workflows that reduce dependency on centralized platforms.
- Maintaining lightweight reflection and planning systems to stay aligned with long-term priorities.
