Tiger Woods - Jeff Benedict, Armen Keteyian

Very detailed and great overview of the life of Tiger Woods. I was not sure what I was in for, as I just barely knew anything about the life of Tiger woods. Not sure if that made the book better or worse, but I do know that the story is helping in making this book a real page turner.

A large part of the book is about parenting and the way the pushing for results affects someone who is young. That part could be a guide on how not to do it, for people trying to get their kids to perform on the highest level of their field.

It also gave me some great insights in what motivates someone to do the things they do. Especially when someone is having several breakdowns and setbacks in their lives. Combine that with the thoroughness of the authors in explaining the behaviour of Tiger and citing several studies and professionals from the field and you have a lot of learning you can get from this book.
