There is no need for private people to have someone set up an OpenClaw agent for them. That was my assumption. So far it has been confirmed to me that it is wrong. Nobody is asking for this.
So I am pivoting the service. I am going to be the AI guy for small businesses in the Netherlands. I will come into your company and automate an important process that actually saves you time for free. If the result matches what you hoped for, I become your AI guy and keep automating things that save you real money.
I tend to overthink things. This time I just started. Agency is the differing factor in this new world. Not second guessing, not waiting for the perfect moment, not waiting for the stars to align.
Before I finish writing this post, the new landing page has to be live. As my first potential clients are already in my network. I just have to find them and see if they let me test my assumptions on their business.
Perfection is the enemy of agency. It has stalled me plenty of times in the past. Running this daily AI documentation experiment is the best antidote I have found so far. It forces me to ship something every day and write about it. There is no time for perfection.
Today feels like a new beginning, because I noticed I just started changing the page. No overthinking, no polishing in my head first. Something has shifted over the past 62 days and I love seeing it. Now I have to keep walking this path by showing what I have done and making myself publicly known as the AI guy for small businesses.
